If you're interested in scheduling lessons, please provide me with your name, email address, phone number, amount of students (siblings or single student), duration of lessons, location and some availability options that you guys are able to do lessons.

All of this information will help me come up with a few lesson time slots that I can get back to you with. Remember that all of my lessons are provided in the comfort of your own home, so providing me with a location/address is an important factor that will help me come up with lesson times.

Once we've confirmed our lesson time slot, I will send you my policy agreement for you to read and sign before we start our first lesson. This policy agreement is there to streamline communication and provides information on my cancellation policy, make up lessons, billing methods, etc.
