Cancellation Policy

I have a strict 24-hour cancellation policy that can be waived in case of medical emergencies.

If you cancel more than 24-hours in advance, we will schedule a makeup lesson.

In case I cancel a lesson more than 24 hours in advance or less, I will provide a few makeup lesson time slot options for us to make up the lesson.

Billing Policy

All payments are due on the 1st of the month for all lessons of that month via PayPal. We can also do a check due on the first lesson of the month for all lessons of that month.

In case we miss lessons and those were cancelled by myself, or yourself more than 24 hours in advance, and we don’t make them up, I will deduct that lesson from the following month’s invoice.
